What can Luxyt offer to my store, boutique or e-commerce?

Luxyt's positioning in the luxury second-hand sector offers dedicated services to physical stores, boutiques and e-commerce. Our competitive prices for publishing your items ensure to avoid the high marketing costs typical of search platforms based on the pay-per-click model. On LUXYT, buyers can find their desired articles, already pre-selected according to price, state of wear/preservation and authenticity.

Can I use Luxyt to sell items in other languages?

For now, you can sell your items in English and Italian while we are currently developing other languages.

What items can be posted on Luxyt and what brands are accepted?

Presently Luxyt offers High-end luxury handbags from the following brands:

Louis Vuitton; Chanel; Hermés; Gucci; Dior; Saint Laurent; Givenchy; Prada; Fendi; Bottega Veneta; Celine; Valentino; Burberry; Versace; Loewe; Alexander McQueen; Miu Miu; Dolce & Gabbana; Balmain; Chloé; Balenciaga and Stella McCartney.

If you would like to publish an article of a brand not mentioned above, please write to info@luxyt.it and we will respond at soonest.

When will it be possible to publish other luxury items or accessories, besides handbags, on Luxyt?

The inclusion of additional accessories or other categories of items is expected in the medium term thanks to the scalability of the Luxyt platform.

How important for Luxyt is the authenticity, state of wear and preservation of a used High-end item?

Luxyt only accepts fully authenticated articles and as a rule we do not accept items which do not meet the international standards AB level (Good Condition). Before items are published, we require photos and a detailed description of the products.

How to register my store?

Go to: https://luxyt.it/it/business-panel/login/ , click on Register, fill out the form and follow the instructions.

What should I do if the registration is not successful?

Contact us at support@luxyt.it and tell us which e-mail you registered with. Our customer service will contact you.

Can I edit or delete an article posted on Luxyt?

Yes, to edit or delete an article on the Luxyt feed, you need to access the Business Area, click on Products, select the desired product, and make the required change. If you want to delete a product, click the icon at the top of the page. It is also possible to remove the product from the feed, under "click to remove product from feed", by selecting the flag at the bottom of the page and saving the changes.

Are there specific requirements for stores or boutiques that want to sign up and publish their products?

The requirements for publishing their products on Luxyt, are: the authenticity of the items (which is a must); high quality images; detailed descriptions; evaluation of wear and tear and condition of use.

Is it possible to try Luxyt's service for free?

Yes, Luxyt offers a 7 days free trial after which you can continue to post your items by purchasing one of our prepaid credit packages.

What do prepay credit packages cost?

This is the offer dedicated to stores, boutiques and e-commerce.

Are there any commissions on sales made through Luxyt?

No, there are no commissions on sales made through the Luxyt platform.

Can I purchase a prepaid package without doing the 7-day free trial?

Yes, but we suggest that you take the free trial to test the platform, gain experience and learn the various features to take full advantage of Luxyt's platform.
